The couple that owned this home had severals rentals in the area but were not equipped to handle this tenant. We took over and vacated the home to prepare for renovation. This was an interesting project, the first home with a basement we have ever purchased which we made into an office or extra bedroom. The lot also had a 4 car garage which is very unusual for the area. The new owners were excited as it was perfect for their business which required the extra space and large yard.
